Marshall Brings Decades of Experience in Corporate & Public Service

M:7 Enterprises — an elite suite of full-service agencies focused on helping brands and businesses grow — has brought on long-serving former PA House Representative Jim Marshall as their new Vice President of Business Development. A native of Beaver County, Marshall has a proven track record of creating and nurturing meaningful relationships which will serve him well as he looks to forge new partnerships, identify market opportunities, and help M:7 Enterprises and their clients continue to grow.

First elected in 2006, Marshall honed his communication and problem-solving skills serving nine consecutive two-year terms amounting to 18 years representing Pennsylvania’s 14th House District (which covers northern and eastern Beaver County municipalities, including Beaver Falls, Big Beaver and North Sewickley Township) before choosing not to run for reelection in 2024. Prior to being a lawmaker, he worked as service manager for Ag Hog Pittsburgh which specialized in silver smelting and recycling.

“Jim has dedicated his entire career to serving others by helping them accomplish their goals and solving their greatest challenges,” said M:7 Enterprises CEO Jim Christiana who also served as a PA House Rep (15th District) from 2009-2018. “He is a perfect addition to our world-class team, and I’m ecstatic to work alongside him again.”

Marshall’s focus will be on M:7 Agency — an award-winning, fully integrated marketing and communications firm specializing in helping businesses grow customers, capacity, or capital. M:7 Enterprises also comprises M:7 Shop  — a first-class, full-service promotional product agency and M:7 Sports — an integrated sports agency specializing in marketing, strategy, and NIL for athletes and retailers.

“I’m thrilled to join the team of talented professionals at M:7 Agency,” said Marshall. “I value the opportunity it gives me to partner with small and large businesses in our region and beyond.”

Marshall served on several House committees, including Commerce, Veterans Affairs & Emergency Preparedness, Policy, and Transportation, and chaired committees on Gaming Oversight and Consumer Affairs. He was also appointed as a member of the Port of Pittsburgh Commission, a board dedicated to promoting the commercial use and development of the inland waterways in western Pennsylvania.

Before his service in the House, he was a member of the Big Beaver Borough Council for six years. He also is a volunteer firefighter for Big Beaver Borough Volunteer Fire Company.
