Director of Public & Community Relations
As M:7 continues to optimize its Communications Division, the agency is looking to add a Director of Public & Community Relations to the award-winning M:7 team. The ideal candidate for this new position is highly motivated and highly collaborative with proven public relations and communications skills. This position will report directly to M:7’s Managing Partner, and primary responsibilities will include managing M:7’s existing PR and Community Relations client base, with a strong focus on growing the division through business development.
M:7 Agency Photographer Videographer
In this role the Multimedia Designer will creatively use design fundamentals and digital media to support branding and communication needs for the company and its subsidiaries. The individual will be responsible for capturing photos, videos, and producing other digital content for use on social media, websites and across all internal and external communications channels. This position requires a mix of creative design challenges and production duties along with the ability to work quickly and effectively in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter, who is detail oriented with great design instincts. Communication, thoroughness, and attention to detail are key to success in this position.
Grant Specialist
In order to service the rapid growth of M:7 Agency’s Capital Division, M:7 is adding a new Grant Specialist position who will report directly to M:7’s Director of Capital Services. The primary responsibilities of this new position include identifying and securing funding opportunities for M:7’s Capital Division clients.

M:7 Agency, a creative strategy and marketing firm in Beaver, Pennsylvania, is seeking a creative and determined Design Intern to join our team for Summer 2026 or earlier if available. This internship is ideal for someone eager to compose, execute, and showcase their craft across multiple areas of Design, including social media, brand identity, multimedia, and much more. You’ll gain real agency experience working on B2B, B2C, and nonprofit initiatives alongside a team that values creativity, collaboration, and sharp final products.
Web Designer Intern / i3
Got an eye for immersive, intuitive and functional design? Join us this summer to gain valuable agency experience helping brands create powerful user experiences online. You should be eager to learn; able to conceptualize and create based on a client’s desired look and feel; and familiar with HTML and CSS, design software, UX/UI and SEO best practices.
Software Engineer Intern / i1, i2 or i3
We’re searching for a professional who can help us design, develop and maintain software related to M:7’s promotional product distribution ecomm store. This individual will use their creativity and technical skills and apply the principles of software engineering to provide solutions and help solve new and ongoing problems that may arise.
Ecommerce Management Intern / i1, i2 or i3
This person will assist in overseeing the development and utility of M:7’s promotional product distribution ecomm store, including all things related to inventory, orders, customer service, and customer acquisition and retention. They will work with team members to devise strategies that utilize sales-related insights and latest best practices to encourage sales.
Sales Associate Intern / i1, i2 or i3
