I have been a proud resident of Beaver County for 65 years. One of the characteristics that makes our county such a great place to live, work, and have a family is our commitment to our communities and each other. It’s that dedication to our neighbors that has led generation after generation to call the Beaver Valley home.

Shell Polymers Monaca understands this. That’s why, since deciding to build in Beaver County, they have prioritized community involvement and being a good neighbor. It’s not everyday that an international corporation decides to revitalize an old, dilapidated industrial site in your backyard. In addition to the jobs and economic activity spurred by construction of the plant, Shell has also focused its efforts on improving the region via charitable donations, grants to enhance county recycling efforts, and workforce development investments.

I for one am glad to have Shell in our community.
